This book on Caria continues the series of my books about ancient sites in Turkey. Garia occupies the southern part of the west coast of Turkey, an area easily accessible to tourists. Among the many ancient sites 21 Carian cities were chosen for their easy accessibility, because they have well restored ancient buildings, and because their ruins are well preserved. They were professionally photographed, and the book is further enhanced by numerous artistic drawings and reconstruction diagrams. (Önsözden)
