This book deals with the struggle of Kazan Tatars in the 20 Century. Their Ka- zan Khanate fell in the hands of Russians in 1552. Now like many minorities of Russian Federation Tatars in the past and now are not happy or satisfied with the tsarist, socialist (communistic) and todays so called, liberal democratic regimes. Because of dictatorial rule they were not able to express their desires openly. Only during the transition periods of regimes (1917 revolution and during dis- solution of the USSR) they could organized some meetings. But these lasted not long. So, representatives of Tatars and other minorities of Russia at diaspo- ra continued to propagandize their people's desires at abroad. For Tatars it was mainly Germany and Turkey. This is their story, in which I was also participated.
